            Started with Knights at U11

            Took a losing team and turned it into one of the top U16 teams in the area.

            After only 2 years coaching the team the U13 the Knights finished second in the Chevy Cup

            They have been a competitive National Cup team the last 2 years.

  But what really makes Brian’s coach of the year is his passion for soccer, dedication and caring for every player on the team. The players look up to Brian not only as a coach but as someone they can talk to, a mentor and friend. In today’s sports world players are quick to say they are not role models. But coaches are role models. And Brian exhibits all the qualities young boys need to see: hard work, commitment, dedication, desire, good sportsmanship and the ability to deal with things when they don’t go his way.

Brian has developed the skills of all of the players on his teams. The boys and girls have developed the same passion and love for the game that Brian possesses. He keeps it fun.

Brian will be stepping away from coaching teams after this season to spend more time with his wife and soon to be son. The Knights and Warriors will miss him. I know Brian will stay involved and eventually find time to coach a team again.

Brian’s passion for the game and love of the kids make him an outstanding young coach and this years Coach of the year.
