The WCUSC Fall 2008 Recreation Soccer Program is for boys and girls from five to eighteen years old and is open to all children in West Chester & the surrounding area. Registration is available by using the online registration system. Fees are $100 for one player, $200 for two players, $250 for three players and $25 for each additional player in a family. If you have any questions about the recreation program, contact Carrie Martin. Open registration is available until June 30, 2008. Registrations are accepted after June 30, 2008 with a $20.00 late fee.
Fall 2008 Recreation Season Profile

All players will have the opportunity to attend club sponsored skill development clinics. Clinic dates will be announced at the beginning of the fall season.

In the fall, games are played on Saturdays, generally between the hours of 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM.

The regular season runs from Saturday, September 6, 2008 to Saturday, November 1, 2008.

An end-of-season tournament for the U-09 and older age divisions will be held on November 8-9, 2008.

No recreational games will be held on Saturday – October 11th (Columbus Day Weekend).

Practices will be held one night each week for approximately one hour and will start 1-2 weeks before the first game (based on weather/field conditions). Coaches will determine which night practice will be after the teams are formed and they have spoken with the parents on the team.

Teams will be assigned at the end of July & families will be notified by mid-August on their son/daughter’s team placement.
Special Placement Requests: The club will attempt to honor one (1) carpooling request for one (1) friend, but this request must be a matching request. (Ex. "Player A" can request to be placed on a team with "Player B", but "Player B" must request to play with "Player A" as well.) Non-matching requests will not be honored. We can not honor requests for a specific coach.
Note: WCUSC is not responsible for games lost due to weather and/or field conditions. WCUSC reserves the right to schedule weather related make-up games on Sundays during the fall. No refunds or partial refunds will be made due to games lost because of weather and/or field conditions.
Recreation Refund Policy: Refunds maybe requested until August 23, 2008 (two weeks before the first game of the season). There is a $20 service charge for any refund. After August 23rd, players may drop from the league, but a refund will not be provided.
