You need to arrive at your games 1/2 hour befor your game, with your complete referee gear (referee shirt, referee shorts and socks, soccer cleats, whistle, cards, on-field game report tools (pen/paper, etc), flags, water bottle, snacks, etc). Home teams are responsible to provide the game ball. Please ask that both teams clean up all of their sideline garbage before they leave the field.]
Spring 2012 Recreation Referee Fees:
$20.00 per Game for U-09 & U-10
$26.00 per Game for U-12 [Plus $15.00 per Game for U-12 Assistants during the End-of-Season Tournament]
$32.00 per Game for U-14 (Center)
$18.00 per Game for U-14 (Assistant)
$38.00 per Game for U-18 (Center)
$20.00 per Game for U-18 (Assistant)

Any incidents should be reported on the online game report and directly to Lois Rhine Heffron as soon as possible, including (but not limited to) red card infractions, referee abuse from coaches or spectators, field issues, etc.
