(March 26, 2007) WCUSC U-16B1 FC United’90 team won the 2007 MSI March Madness tournament held at the Maryland Soccerplex in Montgomery County Maryland, March 24th & 25th, 2007.  The team went 3-1 in the tournament. FC United beat BSA Rage (Pa) 1-0 Saturday morning, losing 1-0 to ABGC Scorepedos (VA) in a cold, rainy and muddy contest Saturday night. But the team came back to defeat a ranked Team Takoma (MD) 2-0, to win their bracket on tie breaker rules, progressing to the finals to defeat the #3 ranked New York West team Buffalo United SC 2-0.
