(April 23, 2008) After the successful launch of the West Chester United Soccer Club (WCUSC) Predators brand for the club’s premier first teams four years ago, WCUSC is excited to introduce the club’s Eagles & Pride travel team names.

The WCUSC Eagles will be the second teams in the club at all age groups.  The second teams at WCUSC consistently compete at “A” level travel.  The WCUSC Pride will be the club’s third teams at all age groups.  The third teams at WCUSC consistently compete at “B” level travel.  (Note: When there is significant interest by players with travel level ability, WCUSC will form a forth team named Pride Silver.  Pride Silver teams will play at “C” level travel and will receive the same club support as the Pride teams.)

Mark Thomas, Tino Mueller, and Carrie Martin will oversee all WCUSC Predators, Eagles, and Pride teams through consistent guidelines with player development at the forefront of all team and player decisions.  All three team levels will have a training and competitive calendar for the 2008/2009 seasonal year that will allow for combined training and guest playing opportunities within the club to facilitate team and player development.
