Eagles’97B: DELCO Soccer League 2008 (U-11) Div. 2S Champions

In a  weekend full of unpredictable weather, the Eagles’97 Boys team captured an early 2-0 lead which they defended to a win in the DSL U-11 Division 2 South semifinal game against Hocksessin on Saturday, Nov. 15.  In the face of high winds, frigid temperatures and lots of mud the Eagles’97B went on to capture the division championship the next day in a 2-1 overtime win against Springfield.  Congratulations Coach Rosen, Coach Boyd and all the boys on the Eagles’97 team.

Pride’96G: PAGS League 2008 (U-12) Division 2 Champions

Pride’95G: PAGS League 2008 (U-13) Division 3 Champions

WCUSC Pride’95G won the PAGS Division 3 championship beating the Greater Harford Scorpions in penalty kicks 2-1. The Pride reached the finals with a 2-0 victory over the Garnett Valley Phoenix, the only team to beat the Pride during the season.  The Pride ended the PAGS Season with nine wins, one loss, and one tie. The team led their division with 20 goals scored while limiting their opposition to 4 goals including shutouts in both playoff games.
