WCUSC PREDATORS'92 BOYS TEAM
Travel to Arizona - Enjoy Some Time in "del Sol"

(February 2010) The WCUSC Predators’92 Boys team traveled to sunny Arizona to play in the SC del Sol President’s Day Tournament. The team opened with a victory over the Alaska Northstars on Saturday, but fell to New Mexico Striker FC later in the same day. Sunday saw a game against the best team in Arizona, the Sereno 93 White squad. The Predators’92B played hard, but were unable to find the net, exiting 3-0. The tournament finished on a positive note, with the team tallying a win over the FC Blazers. The boys even found time for a jeep tour of Sedona.

Predators Win State Cup Opener
Advance on Penalty Kicks

The boys opened their state cup against Lower Dauphin after a first round bye.   LDC entered the game at Cicciarone having already bested Deep Run 4-0 in their opening match.     The Predators controlled the ball in the first half and generated a collection of corners and restarts that generated many shots on goal.     The half ended in a scoreless tie, with both teams realizing this would be a close match.   The second half was similar to the first, with the Predators continuing to pressure the opposing side, but without result.    Some fresh legs and two 15 minute overtimes still failed to produce a winner, with both teams trying hard to advance.    An allotment of 5 penalty kicks still failed to produce a victor, but Austen Kelso finally managed to break the three hour deadlock on the 7th PK.    Congratulations to all on a "well made result" !
