Team check-in will be held on Friday, August 5th  from 5:00 to 8:30 PM at WCUSC Thornbury Soccer Park .  A team official is to bring their USSF affiliated organization (USYSA, USCS, etc…) 2011/2012 roster (with one copy to submit to the tournament) & player passcards.  USYSA teams are required to show their player medical release forms at registration.  For summer academy teams, their 2010/2011 roster & passcards will be accepted.  We will accept either 2011/2012 or 2010/2011 passcards for guest players.  Guest player names are to be written on the team rosters with the players not attending the tournament crossed out.
