Elite Performance Program

ABOUT

The Elite Performance Program (EPP) focuses on internal ‘best-with-best’ programming across our U9-U19 age groups for the most promising 30-40 players within our Academy. Selected players will be provided an array of additional development opportunities and support to fast-track individual growth.

  • Year round supplementary small group and specialized training sessions.

  • Designated Head of Elite Performance to manage Individual Development Plans (IDP’s), game analysis, and pro/college pathway.

  • Training and games program outside of the team environment against some of the regions top academies.

  • Domestic and international development opportunities for selected players (tournaments, showcases, tours, pro club visits)

  • High-school alternate games & training program for players within the U15-U19 age groups during the fall season.

*The EPP is an ‘invite only’ program for current Penn Fusion Academy level players; player recommendations will not be reviewed. All player selections will be communicated by the Technical Staff.

ROSENBERRY

Keegan Rosenberry - Colorado Rapids, MLS

I could not have gotten to where I am, without my development at such a great club.
— Keegan Rosenberry, Colorado Rapids (MLS)

Emily Gray - NC Courage, NWSL

I am extremely grateful to have been part of the Penn Fusion family. The training environment was top class and the staff were instrumental in preparing me for the collegiate level. The experiences I had at Penn Fusion are ones I will never forget; it is great to see how successful the club has been over the past few years, with so many girls finding success within the NCAA college soccer ranks
— Emily Gray, NC Courage (NWSL)

Matt Freese - Philadelphia Union, MLS

Penn Fusion helped change me as a person, showing me how to work hard and sacrifice to achieve my goals. The coaches, training, and mentality at the club were amazing, and helped me develop into someone who was pushing towards college and professional soccer. They helped instill a mindset inside of me that demanded excellence and helped me grow as a person off the pitch at the same time.
— Matt Freese, Philadelphia Union (MLS)
